I’ve been looking at a lot of other habit building programs on the internet. It seems like every one of them starts with an idea and then focuses on that idea.
For instance, 21habit.com works off the idea that it takes 21 days to build a habit, and that you start out by giving them 21$. At the end of the program, you get your 21 bucks back if you were successful, otherwise they send it off to charity.
But here is my issue with this basic idea of starting with a single gimmick and then sticking with it; what if it doesn’t work? Or what if it could be improved?
Based on seeing these types of products at large, I’d like to build habitgrams with a true feedback loop. Let’s find out what it truly takes to build a habit and what truly works best.
