Sonia and I were comparing notes on which habits seem to take hold and which ones fade away.
Her thought was that her current set of goals fed into each other. For instance two things she is really into are Crossfit and Minimalism . . . and they definitely seem to compliment each other.
My thought was that her methods for these goals were different from what they used to be. She follows several blogs and regular sources of inspiration in these areas . . . and I felt that this constant refreshing of the thought pattern was a big part of her success.
I was thinking of these blog followings as habit reminders similar to habitgrams.
We were probably both right . . . and the combination of the two was more powerful than either concept by itself.
