I just finished a book called “Leadership and Self Deception”. It was well worth the investment of time.

The over-simplified breakdown is an empathy based approach to human relations as they relate to business. They refer to non-empathic response as being “in the box”.

So of course I created a habitgram that reminds me once a week to get out of my box!

It’s also worth noting that the creators of this book have another book on the market called “The Anatomy of Peace” that applies this approach to personal relationships instead of business. A lot of the content is similar . . . but this is the kind of thing that is so important that it is worth a little redundancy.
